ONLINE SHOPPING

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

PAYMENT METHOD

Pkayarts only offers Credit card/Debitcard payments which are always carried out in GBP.

CONTACT DETAILS

Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore please ensure the email address you provide us with is correct. All order and despatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.

ORDERS AND EXPECTED ARRIVAL OF DELIVERIES

Once you have completed the checkout process we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.

All orders received online at Pkayarts are processed and depending on stock availability, are despatched as promptly as possible and normally delivered in 1-3 weeks. Please allow for additional time for any customized products. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days in this case we will contact you via email.

All deliveries will be made to you at the shipping address specified by you in the order.

A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required.

LOST PACKAGES

Even though packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we have not been contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Pkayarts

REFUND POLICY

As all the pieces of our collections are custom made for each order, they are not refundable.

However, within 14 days of their receipt, you can request to have items returned and exchanged for a different piece of equal or higher value, after paying for the additional shipping fees and the price difference, if any.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. All exchanges are subject to availability Items will not be returned if they are the following:

 

  • Signs of use or sign of being worn
  • Signs of make up stains
  • Signs of wear and tear
  • Signs or scent of deodorant or fragrances
  • Animal hairs
  • Signs of garment being washed

 

If items are sent back for returns with any of the above signs they will be NO refund.

 

We recommend you send returns via tracked and insured delivery service. Pkayarts will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Please follow the procedure below:

  1. Simply email us info@pkayarts.com and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
